    Bahan-bahan

    1. 4 sdm nasi lembek
    2. 2 btr telur puyuh,kocok
    3. 2 bh tomat ceri,potong
    4. 1 btg seledri
    5. 4 kuntum brocoli,parut
    6. 1 sdt abon ayam
    7. 1 set bubuk tempe
    8. 150 ml air
    9. 2 sdm evoo

    Langkah

    1. Siapkan semua bahan cuci bersih.

    2. Rebus air masukkan seledri dan bawang putih geprek.

    3. Setelah mendidih masukkan parutan brocoli dan potongan tomat masak hingga matang.

    4. Sebelum di angkat masukkan kocokan telur sambil di aduk terus hingga muncul gumpalan/serabut matikan api angkat.

    5. Siapkan nasi lembek beri taburan bubuk tempe dan abon ayam sajikan bersama sop, tambahkan evoo.
