    Porsi:

    Bahan-bahan

    1. 1 cup tepung terigu
    2. 3/4 cup coklat bubuk
    3. 1 1/2 cup gula bubuk (bisa blender gula biasa)
    4. 3 cup air
    5. 1/2 sdt baking soda
    6. 1/2 sdt baking powder
    7. 1 bungkus kecil nutrijel coklat
    8. 1/4 sdt garam
    9. 1 butir telur ayam yg kecil
    10. 1/4 sdt vanili (skip-lg kosong)

    Cara Membuat

    1. Campur semua bahan kering sambil ayak. Aduk rata

    2. Masukan telur dan air sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk rata. pastikan tidak ada yg menggumpal. teksturnya akan jadi cair sedikit kental.

    3. Siapkan Loyang. alasi dengan kertas roti. oles dg sedikit mentega lalu tabur tipis merata dg bubuk coklat. Lalu oven 180°c selama 30 menit atau sesuaikan dg oven masing2.

    4. Diamkan suhu ruang. Lalu dinginkan. lebih nikmat disajikan saat dingin tapi hangat juga oke.
